I think Ben had a set. Not sure if he sold them yet but worth a try.

I saw a MM200 already modified this way on recon. Don't know the seller, though.

Bought mine a while ago from SCWF/ if anyone is looking for Seiko parts they need to start on that forum. I sold mine a few months ago.

Like Terry said, Duarte will also come across them once in a while.
