Just picked this one up...

Thought I’d try it on an OD Nato and/canvas and see if the dial is actually readable day and night. At this price, I am not too worried.

Nice! I was at the Bay in downtown TO the other day and saw this display, don't know what the prices were - tons of empty slots (a lot cut off in the pic), not sure if they have been selling a lot or just don't have that many? Sorry for the crap pic.

According to the talk on CWC, The Bay can’t keep them in stock, both retail and online...weird. At $318, I’ll wear it as a work beater!

Huh. That is a bit weird. Of course it may just be a switch from watch nerd appreciation of the "old" SKXs to a much larger appeal to mainstream society of these new models, or something. With all the variations and colours etc. some of these certainly are more... fashionable (but not yours Dave, that is pure badass, of course! )
