Seiko VS Seiko 5?

I search around on the web but can't find the differences between seiko and seiko 5? Anyone can help me out a little bit?

By the way, I have a yachtmaster but looking for another watch for daily beat up. I found this Seiko 5 snkl23 i read review and liked it. Any Recomendation?

Welcome. Seiko 5's tend to be less expensive and the sports watches usually don't have screw down crowns or ISO ratings for diving like many of the regular Seiko's have. WR is less, etc....

I've always liked that Seiko 5 model, I think is a good one for what you want. I do prefer the Seiko Prospex line of dive watches, they coat more but better build quality and design.
