i'm kinda diggin' the new BASM. bezel/case interaction looks great  fitted endlinks and lack of shitty crown guard really cleans up the mess, too

I like that as well. Needs to lose the cyclops, though.

The new Monsters are completely ruined with that giant cyclops. Yes I know it can be removed, but shouldn't be there to begin with. It was bad enough there was one on the last Gen, but at least it was just a date, not a a day & date wheel.

With color-matched day/date wheels and an aftermarket crystal (sans cyclops) I could see myself owning the new version.

I like it too, but these really should have 22mm lugs. If they did I’d buy all three colors.

Color matched to the lume or dial? IMO, matching the wheel to the lume would look fantastic

It doesn't ruin it for me but I agree. Why not just do exhibition case backs with the PR on the back like with the manual SDs?

Seiko has a clear affinity for sticking a bunch of shit on dials. Some of the GS chronographs are so ugly that it’s unbelievable.

SNJ025P1

The new Arnie

The pushers are long but might add to the quirkiness. Haven't researched but word is it lacks function? The price is $800 AUS for a Solar! No chance.

No doubt.

The manual SDs are smart and nice. The reserve on the three handers doesn’t bother me too much but SD chronos are a cluster no doubt.
