Pretty sure it's against Seiko law to say that I don't like this watch or the original.

I am a skinny tall guy and this just looks silly on me.

The 62mas reissue is the one for me.

I've never liked this one, original or this new one. Big cushion case with a too narrow strap, does not work for me.

What I want is an SLA017 :)

With the new case size that 19mm strap looks way off in proportion. Seiko should have bumped the strap to 22mm.

Maybe they'll do a cheaper, non-LE version with different proportions, like they did with the SDBC051.

Having said that, the narrow strap and bulky case are part of the look of the 6105-8110.

Im ok whether they do 19mm or 20mm strap.

More importantly, they didn't go crazy with size and case thickness and closer to the original.

OK, now I remember why I didn't buy that really nice looking first Seiko LE that Art/Hoppy/Ben had. A 19mm lug spacing SUCKS ASS if you need a short strap. There are like two off the shelf options in the world.
A 20mm TN fits fine. There's also a 19mm Tropic from Uncle Seiko. I have (and have had) a lot of Seiko divers, and the SBDX019/SLA017 is one of the best I've owned.
