Any suggestions for a source woukd be appreciated.
I’m thinking the recent blue dialed Sea version would be nice.

If it was me, I would probably buy a bunch of SKX007's and call it a day as they are really classic and inexpensive. Turtle would be another option but they cost more $$.

Maybe also consider one of the new Solar Tuna's. Being quartz and actually accurate could be more practical for non WUS if you want them to show up at the wedding on time?

Second wedding in two months.
Well, he decided on personalized shoe trees from Wood-lore! I use them and they’re excellent.
And a lot cheaper.

What's your budget? Are the groomsmen watchnerds? If not, something quartz / solar like Nick suggested.

I would say SKX. Or if you want to go a bit classier/dressy go for one of the SARB models. Great quality for the price point.
