I actually bought this watch here, it was my first new "Turtle". At first I did not like the red marker much but I found the dial to be really nice. I replaced the hands with some Sumo hands and ...

I might do that same mod. I have the watch and a few sets of OEM Sumo hands.

I really need to pick up another NAFT. Not sure which one yet, but those hands work well on it.

Thank you very much. I really like these models too, I think I might have to sell some others to get more of these...

Looks great.

Has me thinking a Sumo hour hand would work well with the OEM new Samurai minutes hand.

I've got a mod at Duarte now I'm looking forward to getting back. Getting back to Seiko mods has been fun. Wish I had the balls to do it myself but I'm a very impatient person when it comes to microscopic pieces. I don't think I ever completed a model as a kid that didn't look like complete shit with glue everywhere.

Thank you all and yeah, I personally like the Sumo hands. As to doing projects, it does require a good dose of patience and persistence. With practice then things smooth out and become more positive. I definitely want to do more Turtle projects...
