Much better. It’s bright in person?
As far as negative displays are ,think it’s plenty bright. No problems with legibility

Now that some of you guys have a little run time on these, what’s the consensus? Features, functions, is the alarm any better than G-Shock? Hell, is the watch any better than a G?
If you put a large switch in some cave somewhere, with a sign on it saying 'End-of-the-World Switch. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH', the paint wouldn't even have time to dry.

I like the way it looks better than a G, especially because it takes NATOs really well. Better than a G? No.

Love that it has strap options. I don’t own one but I’ve heard mostly negative about this series- mostly that it feels cheaply constructed.
Even with the nato and other strap options, I’ll stick with a G.

I've never had a G, but I'm happy with mine. Mainly use it when I run or workout, so the countdown and timing modes come in handy.
The "Tuna" look is what appeals to me most. It's very comfortable on the wrist with the rubber strap it came with. So much so I haven't bothered with a Nato yet.

I like the look or these a lot. But what’s the point of a dive bezel on a digital watch with no hands?

If you notice the minutes are counted around the outer part of the dial, so technically it can be used as one.

I hadn’t noticed, that’s very cool.
