If so inclined, where can one buy the new 6159 reissue?

I got a mental block. I can't swallow $5400 Seiko.
Of course, I said the same thing about a $3500 SLA17 and then bought it, so what do I know :)

But the 62MAS reissue is pretty much a perfect Seiko, so hard to complain even at that price. The new one, though

For me it 62mas should have been a 42mm, would have literally been a watch I keep for life.

The price doesn’t affect me that much. I remember when the original 6159 models were selling new for about $600 at a time when a Rolex Sub cost $450. The Rolex Sub now sells for twice as much as the Seiko.

I’m in the same boat on the new golden tuna LE s23626j1.

I’ve been asking for a golden re-issue for years with the 7C46 and now that it’s here it’s $2400, and Seiko LE parts reserve always scares me.

I’ve been trying to find more info on the golden solar tuna with Andrea but part of me thinks It’s a little steep unless I get a discount.

I think I’ll just ask timeless if they’re going to get the solar version and if we can get some type of 2-3 watch deal as my friend is interested as well.
