Blue Seiko project

Post by CarloDWC » Sun Oct 22, 2017 10:11 am

Still really busy but I had a little time to complete this project, I actually got the watch on trade and the only thing I did was to install the hands. Everything else was already done, but I thought it was really nice looking, SKX009 with blue Sumo dial, Stargate hands, Hacking and handwinding movement, signed crown, dome sapphire and ceramic lumed bezel...

That looks great, Carlo. The Sumo dial is much nicer quality than the SKX or SRP dials.

I that looks great Carlo. It looks like a Premium SKX.

Thank you for the kind words guys. It actually looks eve better in person, I think the bezel insert really takes it a step higher in looks.

I'll pile on - great job with this one. Seiko should take some design inspiration.
