New and yellow.

Post by james80 » Fri Mar 31, 2017 2:14 pm

I've wanted something yellow for a while but didn't want to spend too much as I'm not sure how I'll get on with the colour (I've been tempted by Squales and Tutima's in the past).

This one came with a couple of Seiko's added features, misaligned bezel and lint under the crystal. Other than that I like it, neither the bezel nor the crown feel as good as my 173 but that could be because the 173 is old and worn so may feel smoother?

May order a Hirsch Robby or Maratec with yellow stitching for it.

That's cool, a perfect summer watch. I'm here watching the snow pile up and could use a burst of sun shine now!

Really crisp dial. Goes well with that strap too.

Love this one, and I've almost bought one more than once.

Thanks everyone.

Tried to fit a super oyster today and couldn't get the spring bar to seat. I've had the bracelet on the SKX many times without a problem but it just wouldn't go. One end of the bar seated but no amount of wiggling or pushing the tip with the tool would get it into the hole. Got frustrated and quit.

Was wearing mine earlier

I usually wear mine on Seiko jubilee. The same jubilee that came off of an SKX007. I don't know why your super oyster won't fit.
