Shogun & Trans Ocean have a baby

Post by spring-diver » Tue Feb 21, 2017 3:02 pm

Saw this photoshopped on a thread at WUS.
Damn this looks killer. If Rob can get the hands and dial, I'm so doing this mod

Hate to admit it, but that looks really good.

That looks really good. Bet the blue would look good against the dull grey Ti case.

Has anyone taken measurements to see if this is actually feasible?

It would have been a white dial.

I agree the blue sunburst should look great with Ti, however I wore a blue sunburst Fossil through most of high school and as result every time I see sunburst dials I think 'kids'watch'.
I'm not 100% on the hands but they're growing on me. My preference is traditional sword hands.

I love the regular Shogun hands. People knock them as being the same as the Monster, but the design is very unique to Seiko and they look great in polished metal. Something very uniquely Japanese about them.

+1......and I agree with you Nick. I've never had an issue with them either.
