Seiko 4R36 movement

My SPR637 (cal.4R36) stops running when being worn, and when being stored face up. It will run while being stored face DOWN (saw that on the internets); but will stop within seconds of putting it on. No problems with my other Seiko 4R36 watch. Has anybody seen or heard of this problem? Suggestions?

I have had two of the SRP's with issues now. So my watchmaker has worked on them for me.
