It's definitely a because they can kind of art. I can see the beauty in it but it's not an attractive watch.

Nice craftmanship but no men's watches should have jewels or precious crystals (other than the movement). If they got rid of the glitter, the blue jewels and put it in a yellow gold case, it would be at least tolerable.

Even Credor isn't off limits for Seiko's "signature" misalignment
