As an outdoorsman I wanted it as the outdoorsy watch to pass down and often refer to it as the gentleman upland game watch. My friend is considering one for his boy who is on the Boy Scout fast track and is hooked as a NATO loving seiko loving snda, skx fanboy. He switches up all the time and it's great.

We're all capable of reckoning north with our watches, but this makes is special and fun, and as a way to keep time if desired.

I'll likely revisit it if the yen plummets for keeps

Like I mentioned, it's stout with the lug to lug but worth a try. You can always flip for a small loss as they're already a rock bottom 6R15.

Normally I do not like any green watch, but that does look good, and matches well with that Nato.
