Seiko Monster Tuna or Tuna Monster...

The actual model is Seiko Prospex 200m Diver – SRP637K. Interesting piece for sure.

I never seen this before so I think it was never posted here, anyway personally I like it overall, but I would tweak the hands a bit... also they could have upgraded or changed the bezel since it seems to be the same of the original Seiko Monster... Oh well...

That is a fine looking Seiko.. I have always like the Tuna Can look and the BM as well.. This is the perfect combination of both.

They seem to sell for $300-400 so pretty good price. Certainly better then the ones with the plastic shroud. I think they should have made them with different hands maybe, to differentiate them more from the Monster.

I've got one on my Ebay watch list right now. I make the bid over the weekend, 10 seconds before the end.

I'm never going to afford a quarz Tuna. But for 25-30% of the Tuna price, I'm gifting one to myself for my birthday.

Got mine here. I love the thing. Comfy to wear, insane lume, and it gets compliments, which is rare these days.

For some reason, I didn't get that 637 in April. Last week, I did see a "buy it now" on Ebay for $210; from a seller with a 100% rating. He really wanted to sell this watch in a hurry. He did. Lowest price ever for one of these on Ebay. Few signs of wear; you've got to be 6 inches away to see them at all. He took off the lame Seiko bracelet, and put on a Chinese rip-off Z22 dive strap. Looks MUCH better. I'm going the NATO route; black, admiralty gray, and new Bond.
