It kills me that Seiko offers day/date on a lot of their least expensive offerings. For me, it's useful as all get out. It's the closest thing to a flaw I can find on my MM. You can argue who really came up with the first automatic chronograph movement, but the Seiko 6139 had day/date,just because they could, I guess.

$20 for a decent watch in Ti? Hell, yes! Nice grab.

She's all banged up for sure, bracelet sags about 45 degrees if you hold it.

I'm not a big fan of "character" on my watches, so I'll be taking the dremmel to it...

Congratulations! That's a lot of watch for $20. Some of those titanium-cased "dress" watches came with sapphire crystals.
