ok, so from what I've read the sub-dials should be blue, thoughts anyone:

This looks like an all black model, which is out there. But the hands in the registers are incorrect. They should be white. Here's a quick link to an example of a correct condition:

Might consider asking the folks on Wrist Sushi, they really know 6138s. Good luck.
