Don't yet get it why anyone will request for a 40-42 unless maybe if it a luxury brand diver like Omega PO or Submariner....
I like this SAS Air edition and I want to be on the short-list if it is available for booking now....
Welcome to DWC. You should post an intro on the forum with pics of watches and boobs.

Well this is a opinion, right? Some here like 40-42mm's for a diver watch like myself. So that is why we sometimes request that size.
Welcome.
Terry, did you forget that WUS sets the standard for the WIS community. Just look at the plethora of intelligent threads they have!

Can we not ruin Graeme's thread by arguing over the size. I am sorry I started it.

+1. I feel responsible, too. It's a great looking watch and I predict it will be a solid seller that will add to the already outstanding SAS reputation.

That's what I think too....this is an incredible looking watch....I have been following SAS for a while now, and I was waiting for the prototype for the AIR to be released.
Now that I have seen it here on DWC, I have to get onto this short-list for 100 pcs....

I'd love to take credit for it but here it is in Graeme's own words:
"SAS stands for SEA, AIR, and SPORT, which will be the main focus of my designs. SEA watches will be the diver’s style, AIR being the pilot’s style, and SPORT consisting of chronos, and general sports watches that are not quite divers or pilots."

I haven't decided about preorder yet. I'm not a fan of them, I will have to think about it. There is lots of time yet, the watch won't be ready until the end if the summer so no rush.

Graeme, it looks great! Although, I do wish the hour hand was about 3mm longer.

Sport watches are more my style than pilot or even, *gasp*, divers.

Other than them being cushion cases of similar size and the sandwich dial thy really aren't similar. I own both and the SAS design stands on it's own.
