Diving on Uboat

Post by Graeme » Tue Nov 27, 2012 2:08 pm

This was sent to me by a good friend of mine. He was diving on uboat U1271 off Malin head in Ireland. It's a bit long but some good shots if his sAs Dark Legend near the end.
Enjoy.. https://vimeo.com/54351178

Had to stop watching it, the camera movement was too severe. Tough to do a dive _and_ handle a video camera. Well, easier if you're scootering ;)

Which is to bad, I really like watching dive videos normally.

That was cool. :fro:

Especially good for those of us who have never dived deeper than the deep end of the pool.

Cool video, I wonder what the specs were on that dive. Looks like they were loaded out for a tech dive, I couldn't pick up a whole lot from the dive computer either. The watch looked great, I can't wait to use mine on a dive trip to the Keys later this winter.

Did some checking. Bottom looks like 56 meters.
