SAS strap thread.

Post by CGSshorty » Thu Aug 23, 2012 9:29 pm

As you all know I have a bit of an addiction to high end straps. Besides Panerai I have not found a better watch to wear them on than an SAS Sea-01. Here are some shots of straps I have tried that I thought worked well. Keep this thread going by adding your favorite SAS strap combos. Please let us know the strapmaker and leather/stitch type if you know it.

I can't add anything you haven't already tried, Chris.

Except maybe a pisser shot (wearin' the watch right now)?

Definitely versatile Drew. I also have a PVD bezel to help change up the look. Great pisser shot Matt. Red Bar material.

Great looking watch, great versatility with the straps, and *killer* bezel action.

Joe's is the first edition with the green lume and polished hands. Matt's is the new special edition, and my post has some pictures of both.

you're a strap whore :) and I love it :) great photos!
The Drew canvas beats the heck out of the top French Canvas IMO...
Can't tell which one is my fave, all make for a great combo, the watch is definitely very versatile!! That top one maybe the best ?

The top strap was fantastic but I sold it because it was longer than I prefer. It really did look great though.

Great watch that looks good on almost everything, but IMO French canvas rules all.

Don and Graeme might convince me I need a 24mm Zulu with those pictures.
