I know some of you guys have been in that region. Good friend and his wife will be visiting Koh Samui and spending a week on Koh Tao. Looks beautiful and just wondering your thoughts.

“Which island has the best ladyboys?”

Ask your real question.

Ha...That whole deal is strange.

They're actually meeting their son who is stationed close and then some diving.

Honestly you won't see many ladybois on the islands. So if you are looking you need to go to the main cities.

A ladyboy is also likely to be more expensive than the um traditional variety.

I've been to many places in Thailand. One of my favorites are Krabi and Koh Samui. Very peaceful and quiet places with some infrastructure. I even plan to buy real estate in Koh Samui in the nearest 3 years. Prices there are really nice in compare with Europe.

If you are into diving, I suggest that you visit Coron, Palawan instead. It's cheaper, the beaches are very clean and beautiful. Food and accommodation are cheap. There are many shipwrecks you can choose to dive in. Most of all, Filipino people are very friendly and I haven't encountered a single soul that doesn't speak English.
