Renovating Apartment - advice sought

It's a do-er-up, needs everything doing.

New electrics/rewiring, plus new bathroom & kitchen, plus a long list of cosmetic stuff.

Question is.. do I have the rewiring done first, before new bathroom & kitchen. Even if some of the electric sockets & lighting points might need moving around with the new bathroom & kitchen? Or do the electrics after the kitchen & bathroom are fitted?

Before, but draw out where you need them to be moved too.

Before for sure.... but have the plans thought out on the renovations so they can put things in the right place.

I’d run speaker and cable wire if you have the walls open anyway.

Good time to have safe for watches hidden in wall or floor too.

Run more than you think you need. Much cheaper to run it and put in 10 too-many outlets at install time than to have electrician come back and add two at a later time
