Traditional Kentucky
I'm planning on getting myself some good Scoth and Irish whisky in for the holidays and would like nice bourbon as well. What is a good brand and what do you guys recommend, bearing in mind I'm not sure what is available in the UK.
Regards
Steve

Steve, you should check the 2 bourbon threads. One is a sticky in the RR and the other was a recent bourbon thread started in the RR. Lots of good suggestions. If you run across something in a store in the U.K. and you're not sure if it's bourbon, send me a pm or a pic.

And don't think you need to break the bank to get a great bourbon, either. I've been enjoying some Old Fitzgerald bottled in bond lately and it is superb, especially when you consider I just picked up a handle of it (that's 1.75mL) for $36 USD. Can't beat that with a stick!
