I'm still over here with my Jansport. It makes Mike Baker cringe.

Minaal?
I still use this one (not my pic... mine doesn't look new). Was a freebie from about 20 years ago. Good backpacks last forever as a city pack.
My LLBean from college is also still around. It's over 20 years old but the interior waterproofing is breaking up and getting sticky (polymer is breaking down).

Mark my words, Fanny pack is coming back
Re: Minaal?
Same here. My wife bought it for me ten years ago. It's not the coolest bag, but it's well made.CGSshorty wrote:I'm still over here with my Jansport. It makes Mike Baker cringe.

Paid $19 for a black Jansport backpack in Los Angeles, year 2007.
It was my first big trip to the USA, the one that made me fall in love with your awesome Country.
It's still going strong (used it today to go swimming).
Mine is from 2003. I bought it the same day I bought my Kawasaki Z1000. That bike had no storage space at all.Selym wrote:Same here. My wife bought it for me ten years ago. It's not the coolest bag, but it's well made.CGSshorty wrote:I'm still over here with my Jansport. It makes Mike Baker cringe.

The thing that I like about this one is that you can hide the straps for a cleaner look.
