One of my favorite knifemakers. Ray Cover Sr.. Always liked the flow of his knives

Gorgeous. The top is the real Westinghouse ivory Micarta, right?

Vintage micarta is difficult to find. Sure some makers might have some. This is the current material. Image makes it looked aged, but the color is uniform.

One not seen is the same material, but has steel bolsters like the smaller knife

Rays old school. He likes a nice letter - hand written and mailed. No web site or computer

Those are beautiful. All these fantastic knives on DWC are arousing my interest but I dare not start looking, I have enough money sucking hobbies.
