This is super! I love the coast too. My wife had been pushing me to live right on waterfront property in SW Florida, but I'm afraid we will be stuck in Central FL for a while. I just can't relocate my business as you have done. Although we live in a community with lake access to 100 other lakes, there is nothing comparable to salt water life. The fishing and kayaking I would be doing if I were in your shoes, lol.

Great move. I couldn't imagine living away from the beach/Ocean.
