Re: Glasses
My last two pair were from Costco, of all places. Found a nice frame from Mikli, and they are very reasonable for lens pricing. Dropped off my prescription, and they were ready within a week.

They're a little wide, but not too bad. They're also from before luxotica bought the brand.ezcheese wrote:How do you like the way the sunglasses fit?JP Chestnut wrote:I wear Persols, though not prescription.

I just saw a talk that used them as context. Check to see if their bus is coming to you, and see them in person if possible.dukerules wrote:I'm tempted to do the online glasses thing, as the prices can't be beat. Anybody try Warby Parker before?

I hate to do this cause I'm completely anti selfie but here's a pic of my glasses on and off. My wife picked them out, I thought they were ghey but the girls at work love em. I don't wear them often but they seem pretty comfy and even don't bother me even though I'm not used to wearing glasses long term.

I like the Warby Parker Fitz model. I need to order new safety glasses but it doesn't look like these guys make those. Maybe I'll get a toned down version of my son's.

Re: Glasses
Well, I didn't like any of the ones I tried out from glasses.com. Hopefully I'll like the Warby Parkers better.
