So, tossing aside the black RWs plan because of the width issue, just wondering how peoples' experience is with Wolverine 1000 Mile boots in terms of both length and width? A bit more generous than RWs?

Have you thought about Red Wing 9015s? They run a little wider than the regular Beckmans because of the moc toe.

I tried the moc toes but really don't like the look in boots (for deck shoes, it's okay). So I just ordered the 1000 milers from Wolverine.
