Google Fiber/Webpass

Anyone have Google Fiber (or Webpass, which was recently acquired by Google Fiber)?
My building is being wired for it, but it isn't available yet. I currently have Comcast (Internet only) which suits my needs, but it sounds like Google Fiber is offering more bandwidth for less money.
The other nice thing is Google Fiber (in my case, anyway) is an Ethernet handoff, so no need for a modem.
