Are you doing it on a computer or your phone ?

I did mine on computer and it worked no problem.

Add the 7 and all options to basket/ then at the checkout go to the lower left side and there is a trade in option.
Bam.

If you really want it and can't get it to work, call customer service and they'll walk you through it.

I've called a few times when I was setting things up and they were very useful.

Picked up my wife's 7 from Verizon and my 7+ from Apple and walked into Verizon with both 6's and had no trouble trading them in for the $650 credit. Lowering my bill by $54 a month on top of 2 new phones is a great deal.

I wasn't sure I would, but I'm loving the 7. Much of that probably due to iOS 10, but I like the camera and better battery life a lot.

Me too. It's a fantastic device and the best iPhone to date. I just ordered a 7+ to keep my 7 company. Even better, I had trade-ins for both :)

I use the bigger one as an iPad mini-mini; for reading, games, tv. With the trade-in deal it's less expensive than an iPad mini and it will serve as a backup phone.

Oh i see

I Just bought a 6 from my friend at work for $100. It's 64gb so it's loaded with games for the kids since the old iPad 2 is slow and out of memory.
The 6 I just bought has a small crack in the.corner, reaches the viewing area some.
Wonder how much Verizon will give for it...

$650 for 6 or 6s.

A 7+ would cost about $40/mo on the device payment plan. You'd get $27/mo credit for that iPhone 6. Net cost $13/mo.

This is true, but there is an easy solution; if you have a Batteries Plus store nearby, it's about $100 for a screen replacement. If not, check Craigslist and you'll see plenty of options. Replace the screen, trade in the phone. You still come out way ahead.

Promo for $400 is now $300. Eligible phones iPhone 5, 5c, 5s, SE.

The $400 promotion ended on 09/30/2016.

The $300 promo will end 10-12-2016. I should have pulled it when it was $400. :(
It's a beautiful world! Gerald.
