Re: El Capitan
Thanks, informative link, Wayne.
I think I'll wait a few days, read through some of the 1600+ comments about El Capitan on one of the links
in the thread you posted and see if Dave is happy or not.

Re: El Capitan
So far, so good. El Capitan seems to fix some odd underlying issues the same way iOS 9.1 does.

Re: El Capitan
Yup, all seems fine! A few little tweaks, new functions but that's about it.

Re: El Capitan
I've noticed apps open faster but shutting down takes a bit longer.
Re: El Capitan
Upgraded my iMacs but not my primary MacBook Pro (I use the MBP 99% of the time), the iMacs mostly only run my security and automation services at home). It seems to be noticeably faster on the iMacs.
Re: El Capitan
beware: it breaks office outlook 2011 (still on that version for work) and i've also seen issues with office 2016, including that version of outlook

Worked great , just make sure if you're using kaspersky you turn it off first as it will try to rescan all your email when mail re-syncs. KILLS everything!

Apparently, the update works fine, until it doesn't.
Re: El Capitan
worked fine for me...
office 2016 on the other hand keeps crashing... But it did that even before the upgrade.

My new rMBP came with it, but I have not upgraded my other machines yet. Need to since some core apps have changed.
