iOS 9 adblockers?

Every one I can find in the App Store generates this window:

"This app is not compatible with your device"

I have an iPhone 5. It seems all adblock apps have been disabled. Any thoughts from the tech savvy here?

You need a 64bit iPhone.

OK. I got an iPad mini 4 today. Any recommendations for an adblocker for it? It seems Apple has removed a couple today due to encryption problems.

I use Purify, but it's only effective on Safari browsers.

I also have the ProXPN vpn loaded, so I can go anonymous when desired.
