Ibe-San is like a hagfish...he bores a small hole in you and the next thing you know...just a pile of skin and bones

Ok - received the watch and it was very cool. Already shipping it back to the seller because the alarms didn't work, but the piece was pretty high quality. Only real issues I had with the piece was: a) huge, b) proprietary strap system. The watch head on a 24mm isofrane, would have been badass.

No pics haha - that's what you were looking for, wasn't it? Really didn't think about it, sorry

That sucks - I guess the lack of alarms explains the low price?

He said he didn't know that they didn't work. I have no reason not to believe him - seems like a legit seller and G-shock fanatic. You. Ever know, though, and either way I have NO time to deal with that kind of stuff ;)

I've been admiring the rose gold MT-G recently. I think the G bug is about to bite again. I've been enjoying my Protrek more than I thought I would. I eventually got bored with the Khaki for the second time so something other than a basic auto seems appealing which is unusual for me.

I am hopefully done buy g-shocks. There isn't many of them that fit my wrist really good.

I don't know quite yet. I want something new I haven't had that won't cost an arm and a leg. The copious 007s, Tunas, and Hammys just isn't doing it for me.

This thing is ticking a lot of boxes for me. The biggest deterrent is that I can't wear a bracelet on my left wrist right now.

Compared to the Protrek it does seem to be a bit more streamlined. I'd prefer a strap but it seems like a nice bracelet. I can't decide if I like the gold on the bracelet, but I love the other accents.

It's a badass piece and they're coming down in price

Quite a bit heavier than the protreck for sure

I took the strap adapters I have on the protreck to see if they would fit on the mtg and they are just slightly too wide

Like a said, a modified 24mm isofrane would be perfect

My buddy just picked up one of these in the standard steel, and I like it a lot.

The standard steel can be had for close to $200 less as well. It would be the smarter buy for sure.
