...finally:

This is the best colorway I've seen on the King thus far, and honestly, I don't know how they're gonna top it.

Thanks, Luke!

That.

It's truly a monster on the wrist. Hell, whenever I wear my Orange King my son always asks why I'm wearing the toy watch; to him, it's akin to strapping a huge block of Lego to one's wrist.

But yeah, they're both so freakin' cool, who cares?

Wowzers. Dwarfs the AP.

On an unrelated note, that bracelet looks like it might make the diver wear smaller. I wanna try that on.

(Drew, getting a bracelet any time soon?)

(Bringing the King on Friday too? I'll either convince myself into one or I'll take some pretty ridiculous wrist shots.)

Seriously, this shit is dope. The non-atomic version has or will hit the US shores soon but who really wants a watered down version?!

Hello - a year and a half since the last post? Anyway, I've got two, the original black GX-56, and the orange with negative display. And they don't make these anymore. Why?

I asked them (well, their VP of Timepieces, anyway), and couldn't get a straight answer. The scuttlebutt is that they simply didn't sell all that well, and with the introduction of the super-sized GDX-6900, it was deemed redundant.

That thing is a monster. I love the dichotomy of a Casio with an AP.

Adam, I dare you to show the current G collection, plus i always wanna see that crazy colors one to got! I think it's my favorite g-shock produced so far.

That's a great looking watch. I enjoy the version I have even though it is clownishly large on my wrist.
cheers,

Keith

Love the color combination... seems to be similar to this one (I definitely can't pull off a King, so got this one instead):
