new to g-shock
Hi guys. I'm new to g-shock. Actually I'm new to the world of watches. I've just recently started to become interested after watching some g-shock promo vids (Gotta love the decent vid!!) I'd love to have one of these watches but there's so many to choose from, it makes my brain hurt. Also, they look quite big and I'm not sure one would suit me as god gave me chopsticks for arms lol.

Personally, I don't give a shit about what features they have, I just pick by what I think looks cool.
If you want a smaller one, check out the 6900, 5600 and 5500 series. That would be a good start methinks.

Welcome to DWC Adrian. There's so many now to choose from it can be confusing as shit. The trick is to either find one thats cool a la Mr. Shap or hone in on the features you want in one. Don't be afraid to ask questions, there's plenty of knowledgeable folks here to help.

Actually the 6900 series are fairly large. Here is a pic of a 6900 next to my G9000 Mudman and then a pic of the Mudman on my HUGE MANLY 6.5" wrist .dshap wrote: check out the 6900, 5600 and 5500 series. That would be a good start methinks.
The 5xxx series are nice watches and like dshap mentioned not as large as some of the other G's. Shot of my GW-5600.
