Yep. The Seiko silicone is good, and a huge improvement over the polyurethane they use to use, but Uncle Seiko's GL831US is even better.

I was kidding, but if you think she really did do that then you will likely have to point your browser directly to your router and then use the router's web interface to modify the parental controls.
