Straps For Deployant Question
Some straps are described as designed for deployant use.
What is in the design of the strap that prohibits use with a standard buckle if the tail end resembles a typical strap?

Re: Straps For Deployant Question
A deployant strap does not have a hole for the tounge of the buckle.

Re: Straps For Deployant Question
IME, straps designed for deployants generally have a thinner “tail” side.
Measurements proportions may also differ between the two sides of the strap depending on the type of deployant (single, butterfly, or reverse like IWC).

That being said, I have several deployant buckles that I wear.....
And I don't own a single deployant strap.
