I'm tempted to try one of these.
CROWN & BUCKLE CHEVRON
These New Watch Straps are a Cross Between a Perlon and a NATO

They look cool. But I can't get past the fact that they stole Terry's shiznit concept.
Re: Chevron adjustable straps from C&B
Me too. Kind of a poor-man's Tudor textile strap.

I have two of them I got at Wind Up. Cool material, it is an imprinted nylon. Hardware isn't to bad either. It took me forever to get it adjusted to my watch. So if you are someone who only keeps one strap on your watch for a long time I would not bother.

I've got a couple of them. Best thing is (though as mentioned it's a bit of a pain) you can adjust them so there is just a little tail so the tail stays under the wrist and does not sick out too far - held in place by a floating keeper and one fixed one if you adjust it longer.
Sort of "infinitely" adjustable and you never have to loop the end through a keeper. The night+forest is my favorite, and the night+crimson goes well with my watches with red accents.
Not as soft as a shiznit, but have a bit bolder pattern. I personally like them.

I have two, they are nice but nothing to wow about like some do on IG, not super soft, not particularly easy to adjust...
What did they steal from Terry?

The adjustability comments, or lack there of, are what I was hoping to hear. I'll just stick with Natos.

Based upon the described length, they seem a bit short.

this is the two I have. you have to pull the extra length out like you are adjusting a strap on backpack.

Re: Chevron adjustable straps from C&B
just like the tudor single pass fabric straps
Re: Chevron adjustable straps from C&B
Exactly. Like I wrote, it's like a poor-man's Tudor Black Bay textile strap without the sewn-in spring bars and the high-quality woven material.toxicavenger wrote: ↑Mon Feb 11, 2019 5:13 pmthis is the two I have. you have to pull the extra length out like you are adjusting a strap on backpack.
I'd make one myself if I knew where to buy the buckle.

I just got one of these in. I am not sure about it. There is nothing Spring Made about. It uses a buckle system like a backpack. I will have to do a review on it.Selym wrote: ↑Sat Feb 09, 2019 3:04 pmIn a similar vein, Spring Made Premium 22mm NATO Strap Watch Band. Nylon Watch Strap with Micro-Adjustment.

I read it as "Spring Made" being the brand.toxicavenger wrote: ↑Thu Feb 14, 2019 12:54 pmI just got one of these in. I am not sure about it. There is nothing Spring Made about. Anyway, I like the idea of an infinitely-adjustable buckle system. If I could get my hands on just the buckle, I'd make my own from an old "NATO".

I thought it had a spring in buckle for some super cool high tech buckle system I was wrong. It is just a buckle.Selym wrote: ↑Thu Feb 14, 2019 2:01 pmI read it as "Spring Made" being the brand.toxicavenger wrote: ↑Thu Feb 14, 2019 12:54 pmI just got one of these in. I am not sure about it.
