Erika’s Originals Question
Erika’s Originals Question
I’m thinking of ordering one to try on one of my Turdles. My wrist size fluctuates quite a bit during the day. I know they’re adjustable, but is it better to order one on the low end or the high end of those measurements?

Re: Erika’s Originals Question
I always order on the slightly larger end. They also have some good stretch so it expands.

Thanks, Todd and Mike. I appreciate the offer, Mike. I’ve already got it in the cart but couldn’t decide on the size. I’ll go ahead and order the longer strap.demer03 wrote:^^that^^

Re: Erika’s Originals Question
It is really easy to adjust during the day so you should be good.

Re: Erika’s Originals Question
I got mine today. Either I’m doing it wrong or it just doesn’t work for me.

Re: Erika’s Originals Question
I ordered true to size and have a ton of room for adjustment. Love the straps.

Re: Erika’s Originals Question
I have to keep working with it. I can’t get it fastened while it is on my wrist, and my hand is too big to slip through if I fasten before putting it on.para13cord wrote:I ordered true to size and have a ton of room for adjustment. Love the straps.

Re: Erika’s Originals Question
I think I had to lay my wrist on my leg with the watch facing down and then buckle. I got rid of mine

Agreed. Took me a few wears to get the hang, but now I can hook it easily one handed.substitute wrote: ↑Wed Jan 02, 2019 7:15 pmIt gets easier with repetition. I can slip on my Erika straps now without looking.
Re: Erika’s Originals Question
Clue me in please. Why are the Erica’s straps nice? Flexible/stretchy?

Been tempted to try one, but there is such a wide range in people's views on these.

The material is great, but also your watch is not teetering atop almost 3mm of fabric as with NATO. And probably more importantly, they are infinitely adjustable, your not limited to incremental holes.HapaHapa wrote:Clue me in please. Why are the Erica’s straps nice? Flexible/stretchy?

Yeah, I prefer the comfort over a NATO for sure. The Ace in the hole with NATO is the ease of removing and swapping them out. Erica's strap's require removal of spring bars like typical straps.

I still can't warm up to these, and for the price I'm glad I don't like them. Natos look better imo.
