Looking at the Hirsch straps and was wondering about fit. With a 6.75" wrist wasn't sure about 120 x 80-- any of you guys have experience with this?

Also thought about a black perlon strap..

The strap would be for my Bremont SM s300 if I don't sell it..

Thanks
Mike

great looking strap. The Hirsch straps I've owned have always been of very good quality and great bang for the buck IMO>

I also have 6.75 wrists and with my skx009 and my Tunas the regular size strap worked fine, still had two or three holes to tighten if necessary.
So I guess unless your Watch is extra long the regular size should do.

Excellent-- thanks for the note.

Mike,
also 6.5-6.75 and i second andrea's take.
i have a few standard lengths and a pure in short. no problems with either length. with the regular length i'm in the third- or second-to-last hole (case side), and with the short lengths i'm more second or third hole from the open end.
that said, if you don't have the temple island rubber, that would be my first choice for the supermarine.

Depends on the L2L of the watch but usually a 120/80 (or any other iteration totalling 200mm) is fine for my 6.75" wrist.

Hirsch is my go too cheap strap brand. My wrist is between 6 and 6.5 and I'm on the second to the smallest hole on the medium (men's short) mounted to my speedy pro. There's no way a regular would work for me.

Hirsch is one of the largest OEM strap suppliers out there. Their rubber straps are great.
I think any of their standard size straps will be fine for you.

Thanks guys, appreciate the feedback. The problem with the Temple Island is that I need a short. They only have a short for their 43MM cases (22MM lug width). The Type 300 is a 40MM case with 20MM lug width. I'd also have to swap out the curved end links for straight ones..

At this point, the Type 300 doesn't have a strong future in my collection :(

I bet the Hirsch Pure would look great.

Are you sure about that? My wrist is the same size as yours and the short straps from Bremont are always too short for me.

i bet you could squeeze the 22mm short temple in there, it's fairly soft.
I have a 22mm short temple island and a 20mm short hirsch pure. If you want to test fit them to compare I'm happy to send them your way, assuming you don't sell the sm300 first :excited:

I am just not sure how the short temple island would work...I've had the same experience with Bremont--standard strap too long, short strap too short. At this point just annoyed. Thanks.

Thanks- appreciate that and will get back to you if I don't sell the Bremont first.

Anybody know if the Hirsch Brown curved end will fit a Speedy Pro? The website is kind of confusing... It reads "strap shown is 20mm" then beneath that on the table it reads "18mm at watch end." What does that even mean? It won't let you choose a size either... That website is pretty crumby.

Bought one for my old PO. Was a great strap with cool system in the curved lug part of the strap.

Did you buy the one in the link? What was the width measurement at the curved end?

This sounds so much like weiner talk.

It was the same model strap for my PO so can't recall the lug size. I'll see if I have a pic of what it looked like. Has a cool plastic insert in the lug ends that can be rotated to allow for various lug hole placement etc on diff watches.

I got a message from Watch Obsession stating the 20mm Hirsch Medici BROWN strap is sold out and discontinued. The only available size is 18mm. Looks.like I will have to wait for one to come up or decide on another color...

Dumb.
