Short or regular? The more research I did the less confident I was of which size to buy. No one had posted the most important wrist shot of both sizes from the underside of the wrist.
If I had bought the regular size Chronissimo strap the buckle would have been to the side of my wrist and the tail of the strap would have been up over the extra padded part of the strap which is a look I didn't want.
So, if you have a seven & a quarter inch wrist and your watch is 47mm lug to lug, as is the Sinn EZM3, then the short version Chronissimo will fit as shown in my pics. The tang pin is exactly in the middle of the 7 holes neatly leaving 3 each side and the tail is just short of riding up over the padded section so the whole strap can be seen in its full glory.

In the end it's up to you and of course the size of your wrist and the size of your watch. As far as the EZM3 and a 7.25 inch wrist go, then the short Chronissimo strap will be perfect and I think if you have a 7.5 inch wrist you might be wanting the regular size.
Chronissimo, the definitive answer.

That's a great combo. I need one of these.
