Good point, Art; but I don't like the straps tight.



This may not have been the Squale spring bar, but not sure.

I'm convinced NATO straps cause unnecessary spring bar failures.

This happened to me once whilst wearing a Sinn 156 and flying a kite w my kids.

Reason why it happened? Wrong spring bars installed.


Now I did have a failure whilst wearing an IWC AT, and since it was on rubber it went for a full service, new crown and crystal.
