I wanted to use my points on the last couple of purchases, but couldn't figure out how to access the points.

No problem using coupons.

I touched base with Terry.

He was not sure how to do it and suggested I ask here for some help.

When I used my "points" Terry showed up with lotion!

He's usually a "spit only" shop, so the points are useful.
