The older references look so much better on straps. The fat case just doesn't work.

I know plenty of people like the Everest and Rubber B straps, but I just don't like rubber straps with the curved, fitted end pieces.

the one showed does not have end pieces, its just curved rubber. If I get one, that's what I would get, with a tang buckle.

I didn't explain very well - I meant the curved rubber designed to sit flush with the case. Just don't like it with rubber straps.
