A few leather straps I added

Post by River Rat » Fri Feb 05, 2016 12:05 pm

Been on a leather strap kick lately Got one by Hoodinkee and one from Bulang & Sons the Hoodinkee cost the most for 145.00 the Bulang & Sons for about 90.00 they both said soft Italian leather and both are hand made but the Bulang & Sons was more soft. On the Hoodinkee the leather stiff on the buckle end and soft on the end with buckle holes but the Bulang & Sons soft on both ends of the two piece strap. There both good straps but Bulang & Sons can save you a few bucks saving that one for the vintage glycine airman when it comes back from service.

I am not far from there let me know if you ever visit your sister and maybe we can have a small GTG about a 1 1/2 hour drive from me.

I love those B&S straps. The Hodinkee ones are nice, but the B&S ones I like even better. Some controversy over whether JPM makes straps for both of them.

On the Bulang & Sons the buckle end shorter but not by much the buckle hole side about the same as the Hoodinkee.

I like them both, but really love the color of the B&S.

Bulang has some nice straps. Analog/Shift also has nice ones.
