Looks good. I have a lot of trouble wearing Rolex dive watches on anything but the oyster bracelet, though. I don't know why, because I'm generally not a bracelet guy. I tried with my 1665, but it just looks so much better on bracelet, even a crappy 9315.

The 9315 isn't crappy, it's charming. :)

I generally keep mine on the bracelet, but that's mostly because I'm too lazy to change it, and I agree that it looks best. That said, I think the vintage pieces without the white gold surrounds look pretty good on NATOs or those minimalist leather straps you always see in the Rolex Passion Report GTG pictures.

I like the leather look on vintage divers, assuming they're no longer water safe.

The more I look at the pics, the more I like this setup. Maybe it's because I've been wearing my MM300 on rubber this week at the beach, but there's something liberating and cool about wearing a big diver on rubber in the summer. Easy to get it wet, but looks and feels more refined than zulu/NATO.
