I contacted Joe about a Strap I wanted to get for one of my watches. I told him what I had in mind not knowing if it could be done or not. He said, sure, he can do it and had a drawing of it that same night. He nailed it, exactly what I had pictured. A few days later, he sent me some pics of the completed strap and a few days after that, I had it on the watch. Joe was great to deal with and does quality work, not to mention a very quick turnaround.
