Sewn In Buckles- My New Favorite Thing

Post by dshap » Mon Apr 11, 2011 4:07 pm

I never had a strap with a sewn in buckle until yesterday, and now I'm in love. This is a flat GPF logo buckle, and because it's flat, unlike curved Pre-V buckles, it sticks out instead of curving to lay flat against the strap. Awesome!

Anyone else love these buckles? I think all future straps for my Zero are going to have sew in buckles.

I don't have a sewn in buckle. But I do have a ammo strap from Joe with a built in buckle that rocks..

I like them, but I prefer the curved ones. The flat ones definitely work well with ammo straps though.

For some reason all the straps I buy from Micah or Greg Stevens are sewn in...

Sewn in buckles rule. I like them both GPF and Pre-V style but think I like the flat ones on thicker straps a little more.
