So the prototype arrived finally. It has been a long wait, but i must say this is an extremely sturdy well built knife.
If I go ahead to make more, it will lose 15mm in blade length and 10mm on the handle.
It is a heavy knife as the steel is a little thick for this use, so 1mm less thickness.
These design parameters were mine, so no fault of the maker. As it is, it would be well suited as an all rounder, hunting etc.
A little heavy for everyday deck use, but i may keep this one for that purpose all the same.

All handmade this one, as are all of his knives.
He uses the stock removal method (grinding/filing)
